A Sign of the Times for Videonations

Audio Visual and Video Conferencing specialist Videonations has unveiled a new-look corporate identity that symbolises its growing diversity and expanding skills base.

The redesigned logo highlights the company’s enhanced audio visual as well as video conferencing pedigree – and follows on from the recent launch of a revamped website.

New signage has been erected outside its Altrincham headquarters to showcase the revised branding and attract more customers to the site from the surrounding area.

“The previous strapline was a bit too clever in that it didn’t really state what we did as it referred to visual communications which could have loosely taken into lots of different areas,” said Adam Feakins. “We’ve tightened things up and made it more defined as we want to give prospective customers a clear message about what we do.”

Videonations’ Head of Sales and Operations added: “The website has been launched a couple of months now and is a powerful shop window to showcase the expertise available. Compared to the old version there’s been a lot of work around the look and feel and how to make it more of a lead generation tool rather than just an information point.”

Reviewing 2016, Adam emphasised: “It’s been a successful year with some great client wins. We’ve built-up a powerful high calibre sales team and developed a strong platform which will allow us to further flourish in 2017.

“In terms of new product developments there’s lots of interest around Outdoor Pixel Pitch Displays which are similar to massive outdoor TV’s. We’ve got one going into a major university site soon to act as a focal point for sporting events and general information.

“We’re seeing continued growth in the use of cloud-based video conferencing which now represent four out of five deals that we do. Some people won’t go down that road but in the future that may rise to nine out of 10 installations. The industry is heading in this direction which has a dramatic impact on our services and product sets too.

“The new-look branding, signage and website give us solid foundations to take the business further forward next year.”
