Technology solutions specialist Avoira has created a dedicated team of specialist engineers to support the partnership agreement the company recently struck with NEC Enterprise Solutions.
Creation of the new team was a commitment the company made under that agreement which has opened up the market for the maintenance, support and migration of NEC enterprise solutions.
It will be organised both by region and specialist expertise in specific NEC enterprise Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions.
This is to ensure Avoira can provide the most responsive and effective technical support service to new, existing and potential users of NEC applications, communications platforms, management software and networking solutions.
The team includes some of the industry’s most experienced NEC engineering specialists. It comprises Willie de Jongh, David Dodson, Robert Haigh, James Lyness and John Small who collectively boast well over a century of NEC experience.
“Creation of this vastly experienced, highly specialist team is the last piece of the jigsaw for our NEC enterprise offer,” commented Avoira’s managing director, Andrew Roberts. “The expertise on offer is exceptional whilst the team’s structure will enable us to be particularly agile and responsive to client needs.
“Combined with Avoira’s wider technical sales capability, financial stability and reputation for service excellence, it provides a compelling proposition for NEC customers who now benefit from a choice of maintenance, support and solution providers.”
His comments were echoed by Andrew Cooper, UK & Ireland Sales Director of NEC Enterprise Solutions EMEA.
“Avoira’s investment in such high level expertise is just one indicator of the seriousness of the company’s intent to deliver superlative service to existing, new and prospective NEC customers.
“It’s an incredibly positive statement of intent which I am sure will be warmly welcomed by our UK customers.”
Since signing the partnership agreement Avoira has also secured full accreditation covering all aspects of the NEC Enterprise portfolio. This includes both current and legacy platforms and associated applications such as BusinessConneCT, Mobility and Unified Communications solutions.
